Ben Kumanovski is a commercial director, producer and cinematographer, and the founder of Global Pictures, a Sydney video production, photography and animation company working with enterprise brands.

Ben started Global Pictures in 2007 at the age of 21, straight out of a three year film degree. In 2013 he returned to study a Graduate Diploma of Screen Business at Australia's leading film school, and in 2014 made the decision that shaped his career: to stop taking every job that came along and build a business around high value commercial work.

Across a 20 year career he has produced and directed over 100 television commercials, plus hundreds of brand films, animations and stills campaigns. His work includes projects for Toyota, Amazon, DJI, Avida, Buildcorp, Rashays, Safran Electronics, COX Architecture, TMGM, Lowes, Independent Reserve, The Australian Government, and many others. 

Ben now teaches what he has learned. His courses cover the business of commercial video production and how solo operators can use AI to run leaner, sharper businesses. No theory, no guru talk, just the real examples from a 20 year career.
